SURVIVE

An AI coach that has actually read your training log

A general chatbot does not know that you saunaed four times this week, slept badly on Tuesday, and have not trained grip in a month. The coach in SURVIVE does, because it reads the same log you do — which is the difference between generic advice and advice that applies to you.

What it can answer

Questions grounded in your own data and in the cited library behind every protocol: whether your Zone 2 volume is where it should be, how your protein intake compares with the evidence-based target for your bodyweight, what to prioritise in a week where you only have three sessions.

The safety floor is in the code, not the prompt

Calorie and protein floors, and refusal on medical questions that belong with a clinician, are enforced in code rather than left to the model’s instructions. Prompt-only enforcement was measured and was not reliable enough to ship — a model can be talked past its instructions, but it cannot be talked past a hard check.

What it will not do

It will not diagnose, will not prescribe, and will not advise on hormone therapy or medication — those belong with a doctor. It is an educational tool built on published research, not a clinician.

Common questions

Does the AI coach see my data?

It reads your logged protocols so it can answer in context. Your data is stored on your device by default, and a copy of your messages and basic profile is sent to generate replies.

Can it give medical advice?

No. It refuses medical questions and does not advise on hormone therapy or medication — those decisions belong with a clinician. The refusals are enforced in code, not only by prompting.
